I not only recommend attorney David but I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. David settled a personal injury case for a close friend that everyone said was hopeless. She got a nice settlement - 55 times what the opposing party was offering at the beginning. That's a pretty good score, considering if the case went to trial no reasonable jury in King County would relate to her pain and suffering. David related to her suffering quiet nicely and got a sweet settlement. It is America after all, your pain is worth something if David is your lawyer.David has a great sense of humor.

David Mordekhov is the best car accident attorney that my family had a pleasure to meet and hire. He is a lifesaver. He knows exactly what he is doing, knowledgeable about every step of the process, patient and efficient, takes time to explain every needed detail and address all of the concerns and possible questions that we had. My case was fairly complicated from the very beginning - originally, I started with a different attorney, who turned out to be unprofessional and dropped our case two thirds in the allowed insurance claim time frame without having any progress done - and that's during my continued after-accident therapy. We had about a third of our available time left, packs of bills - and no attorney. We contacted David per recommendation and explained the situation to him. He listened carefully, acquired needed information, and... agreed to take our case. David showed himself in the best light: he quickly took care of our immediate problems, contacted the other party's insurance company, started the settlement process. David was available for a personal meeting, via text, email, and phone every step of the way. David took care of all conversations with other party's, settlement process, and all other matters. We ended up finishing the case early and successfully, purely thanks to David's professionalism and skill. My family is enternaly grateful. David has definitely set the bar high for every other attorney for us. Especially after experiencing the first attorney we had to work with in this case. We will gladly be back to work with David if there's ever a need.

Like most people I think, when I was in a collision 10 months ago, I was in shock and really had no idea what to do about my injuries. I was lucky enough to get help from David right from the beginning, and as I look back over the months of insurance negotiations and therapy, my appreciation and admiration for his support continues to grow. He gave just enough advice to coach me through each phase without overwhelming me, but more importantly his coaching kept adding up over time to ensure that the final settlement process was as painless as it could conceivably be. He was calm and understanding, sympathetic to my anxieties and pain, and positive throughout. I've come out the other side grateful for everything he did to make my recovery and settlement successful.
