David Mordekhov

I am a personal injury lawyer. During my 20-year legal career, I have represented accident victims and insurance companies alike. This allows me a unique perspective into each case. My philosophy is to take my experience as a defense lawyer and combine it with my compassion as an injury victim advocate.

I hold myself to the highest professional and ethical standards. My clients can always count on me to guide them through the complex labyrinth of the legal system while they focus their energy on health and recovery.

I started my career in 1998 as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm in Everett. I am presently a member at Gardner Trabolsi & Associates, PLLC, a civil litigation law firm handling both the defense and prosecution of personal injury suits, with a primary emphasis on insurance defense work.

As a seasoned litigator, I have tried personal injury cases in different courts in King County, Pierce County, Snohomish County and Clark County, to name a few. My trial experience assures that my clients will have a competent and aggressive representation in court if a fair settlement can not be reached.

I believe in the importance of giving back to the community. I have been serving as a volunteer attorney at the King County Neighborhood Legal Clinic in Seattle for the past ten years. I am also a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy where I teach young lawyers how to improve their deposition skills.

David settled a personal injury case for a close friend that everyone said was hopeless. She got a nice settlement - 55 times what the opposing party was offering at the beginning. That's a pretty good score, considering if the case went to trial no reasonable jury in King County would relate to her pain and suffering. David Mordekhov is the best car accident attorney that my family had a pleasure to meet and hire. He is a lifesaver. He knows exactly what he is doing, knowledgeable about every step of the process, patient and efficient, takes time to explain every needed detail and address all of the concerns and possible questions that we had. My case was fairly complicated from the very beginning - originally, I started with a different attorney, who turned out to be unprofessional and dropped our case two thirds in the allowed insurance claim time frame without having any progress done - and that's during my continued after-accident therapy. We had about a third of our available time left, packs of bills - and no attorney. We contacted David per recommendation and explained the situation to him. He listened carefully, acquired needed information, and... agreed to take our case. David showed himself in the best light: he quickly took care of our immediate problems, contacted the other party's insurance company, started the settlement process. David was available for a personal meeting, via text, email, and phone every step of the way. David took care of all conversations with other party's, settlement process, and all other matters. We ended up finishing the case early and successfully, purely thanks to David's professionalism and skill. My family is enternaly grateful.
